Chain Of Kindness

As a high school math teacher I have a goal to create a safe and supportive environment. Taking 5 or 10 minutes out of class each day to discuss topics that are more relevant to a teenage perception of "real life" than the Pythagorean Theorem is, establishes a climate that is more conducive to learning and open discussion. This blog is a chronicle of the activities and discussions that we do in class.

Good Cop

With all of the negative attention police departments and officers are receiving these days, it is important to be reminded that there are many officers serving out there every day that are generous, respectful, compassionate, hard working men and women.
