Chain Of Kindness

As a high school math teacher I have a goal to create a safe and supportive environment. Taking 5 or 10 minutes out of class each day to discuss topics that are more relevant to a teenage perception of "real life" than the Pythagorean Theorem is, establishes a climate that is more conducive to learning and open discussion. This blog is a chronicle of the activities and discussions that we do in class.

Get to Know You...BINGO



Yesterday we played "Get to know you BINGO".  This is a fun way for students to get to know one another, while emphasizing how much we have in common.  They really enjoy this game and sometimes we go for Blackout...
